slow oil leak

after changeing the oil and filter i drove maybe 25 miles and parked the car, came back and there were oil spot on the front right side under the car, oil filter and oil pan bolt are tight.

Try removing the oil filter and make sure gasket surface is clean, sometimes gasket form previous filter sticks to engine and a new filter & gasket get put on over it, causing a leak.
