Help 2005 dodge caravan

Please help I am from Ethiopia and have a 2005
dodge caravan. New batteries turn the ignition on
everything comes on try to start the car noting
what so ever doesn't even turn . I noticed that all
the automatic gear shift indications are blank no
non of them comes on at all rest of the gaga are
on and working fuel oil and the rest of the
indicators comes on but the gear position signals
please help it has been parked for over a year with
no luck.

Good day Tom Yes it is. Beside noting to show if it is in park neutral reverse noting non of the light are on. But I've tried moving it in to different gear and it does with out indication.
