I have a problem with my horn blowing by itself in a 2006 dodge stratus, I read upon it, but don't know what BMC stands for, it's saying that it may be going out.

Perhaps you mean BCM, Body Control Module? Do you have trouble codes indicating a problem with it? You may want to do a voltage drop test at the horn. It could be an intermittent short or arcing within the horn circuit, especially the horn pad.
