Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Am I required to resync my new auto battery with
the car computer or something like that? Someone

NO! It is not true. New cars (16 and on) may require some sensors to be calibrated to the computer in order for it to work properly, but that is few and far between as of right now. There is no calibration for a battery, at all. Be sure you have the correct battery for your car (amps, size, fitment), or you could have issues, and have good connectivity (tight, clean post).

Some cars may need some re-programming. My Subaru needed the automatic drivers window function re-programmed after the dealer disconnected the battery.
