Best oil weight

What is the best weight oil 5w20 or 5w30 synthetic to make the car last the longest.

5W-20 is recommended, 5W-30 is OK to use. Neither will make the engine last any longer. Changing it at regular intervals will.

Use the oil viscosity based on your car and the weather temperature. Thicker in winter, thinner in summer is best. Which means you'll change the oil twice a year.
