my 99' chrystler seabring will turn over and all the lights work, radio works, but will not start. can somebody please help me?

my 99' sebring will turn over and all the lights and radio work, but will not start. can somebody tell me what is wrong with it?

Sounds like a dead fuel pump. When you turn the key to the on position, have someone put there head near the fuel tank. They should be able to hear the fuel pump spinning when it turns on.
