Can a wobbly fan make you have a coolant leak

Yes, if the fan is mounted directly on the water pump spindle. Release the tension of the serpentine belt and see just how much wobble the water pump bearing and seal have. I've seen a lot of play in those bearings long before they leak but I change them asap. Murphy's Law.
