I see this is your first posting. It would be a great help to us if you used the space bar/key when asking your question. Is your broken? Removing a seatbelt is relatively easy. You will, however, need to have the correct head on the tool you use to loosen/tighten. Many are what is known as a torx head rather than a standard socket or screw driver head. First you will need to remove any covers installed at the upper and lower fasten points of the retractable side of the belt. Then loosen and remove the screws that hold the belt to the body. Next, locate the anchor on the seat side of the belt and remove its cap and associated holding bolt. It will typically be mounted to the floor towards the rear edge of the seat. Hope this helps you.
