hi another question sorry the 02 sebring looks like the belt is floppying need replaced ?

What type of belt are you speaking of? Serpentine belt? If it is "floppying" you definitely need to replace / tighten it.

If the belt is making noise i would either put WD40 or get a new belt if that don't work
