Have troubles starting

First get the battery check, you can get this done for free at most parts places, and it will eliminate a weak battery as the cause. (if it has a dead cell it won't provide enough cranking amps, a voltage test alone wont reveal this, so it has to be a load test.) If it checks okay, do a voltage drop test to starter, this will check you don't have a weak or frayed cable to starter. (Google how to do one.) If that check okay, and all relays are good as you say, test starter solenoid with starter still on car. (again, Google how to). If that's okay, then remove starter and give it a bench test. There's no shortage of how-to's online for any of these steps.
