Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Why does my Chrysler Crossfire use
8,5 quarts of oil when my brothers

It depends on the manufacturer, some engines are of small capacity and have a large oil sump or vice-versa. You have a sports car so maybe they make it with a large capacity if it uses oil like most cars do. I worked as a lube tech an i sore this all the time.
