i hit the panic button on 2005 sebring now car wont start bleekers wipers alson do not come on nor radio

Sounds like the security system is armed. Usually you can turn it off by cycling lock/unlock from the factory remote. Also, you don't say if the engine cranks, but if not, it possible the battery has been run down and needs a charge

got the blinkers and all back working car will not turn over sometimes you hear like a silent ticking and at times on the dash it reads no buS

Low voltage from either a bad connection or low battery. Need to load test battery and go from there

got the car to work fuse 8 yet everytime i drive it anywhere number 8 must be replace again any idea?
