Where is my fuel filter on 2011 kia

On most kia,s it is at the rear of the fuel tank.

Own a 2013 Kia Forte and trying to fill with gas, you squeeze the handle to deliver and only a little goes in tank before pump kicks off. What could I check to see problem?? Thank you
