try taking a blow dryer into your car and put it on low and aim it at your light switch. From all the other questions i have answered it is normally dampness that made its way into your light switch and pulled the switch components apart during cold weather. Try taking the switch out and drying it might fix you right up. And i know for sure that these cars have dampness issues. I had my sunglasses in the roof thing that holds um in my 2012 jetta and i went out one morning tand they were covered in little frozen droplets.
