new battery new alt will no how charge

there has to be a solid 1/0 battery cable to the engine block...this alternator is grounded through this block...as I recall there is a stud with a lug exiting the alternator...have someone test the output of the alternator there...it should be a regulated 14.5-15.5 volts DC...the motor has to be turnin~

else, slap on ye olde shumbacher...yes every garage has one kickin' about...think I'm on my third one now~
