why don"t dealers respond to emails

I sent Fellini Auto Sales two emails to see if a car was still available and
have received no response

Either they are busy or don't want to sell. You can guess as to other reasons.

Email is not the way to show you are serious. Call or visit the dealer.

Exactly as F_O_R said. Tire kickers email. Real shoppers call on the phone or visit in person! Hope that helps! Jim
