my 2011 Malibu is completely disabled inc power everything, EXCEPT for power to cigarette lighter, car may have been tampered with. HELP!

believe the car may have been tampered with, checked alll main fuses , seem intact.only power is to cigarette lighter, HELP !!

did you try disconnecting the battery, imposing a load such as pumping the brakes, then reconnecting the battery yet? not only do these have a ECM also a BCM (body control module) too~ will have to look at your schematic...will take an investment in investigation~
