Rear lift gate hinge

It also happens to me. I think it is very common on all Fords with that type of hinge on the rear lift gate; possibly why they no longer produce this type of hinge on newer models.

    The rear turn handle will not move in either direction to open the window or the whole gate. It's seems to be stuck, but not locked. I can't get to my spare tire.
