I believe the OEM spark plug used in BMW vehicles is Bosch brand, although I have seen NGK plugs listed as OEM. The gap should be listed on the vehicle's emission control label with the picture of the vacuum hose routing under the hood. If not, you may call a dealer and have them give you the proper gap.
