What happens after you accept someone's offer and do not hear back from them?

I have accepted an offer and then I do not hear back from them, even after I
send a second email to them. I gave them a few days to respond and so I then
accepted another offer of the same value. How does this work?

I would give them no more than 24 hours to respond. I would also ask for cash and give them a place to meet that works for you. I think your were spammed.
