Anyone out there no how to disable the Daytime Running Lights on a 2010 Ford Ranger

Asked by Oct 11, 2015 at 09:34 AM about the 2010 Ford Ranger Sport SuperCab

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This Ranger was sent to Quebec for sale and ended here in Michigan where I purchased it. Need to know how to turn off the DRL.  Anyone know where the sensor or module is located on this vehicle?

Why do you want to do that? Both my '03 S-10 Pick Up and '00 Grand Prix have daytime running lights. To me it's no problem. Is this a personal preference? Just curious. -Jim

The lights are there for a reason- to make your vehicle safer- and they do- not just for you but for everyone on the road- it would be irresponsible for anyone here to tell you how to make your truck LESS safe-
