Turn over but won't start

I have a 2010 Dodge 1500 I was driving down the
highway and I seen the electric volt sign come on
and then it just died I pull over and I try starting it
and it's like it's not getting no gas or no spark and I
checked the fuse box and the key the key module
fuse was burnt when I got it home with the tow
truck and I put a new fuse in that and it still won't
start any ideas
