1996 Dodge Ram 1500 will turn over but wnt start

I have a 1996 Dodge 1500. It has run great for the year I have owned it. It was running great yesterday when I parked it. Tried to start it this morning and it will turn over but won't start.  I have checked all of the fuses and relays. I checked all of the sensor connections. I checked the fuel filter. Even poured a little gas down the carbonator to make sur it is getting fuel. You can hear the fuel pump come on when you turn the key. Any advise would be greatly appreciated..

is there spark at a spark plug...?... you need 4 things..spark,fuel,air,compression......

If no spark check out the cap and rotor. if no fuel check fuel pump. You can check this by opening the gas cap and youll beable to hear the pump when key is on

Yes I have spark. Yes you can hear the fuel pump. Come to find out there was a short in the wiring harness. I am trying to trach that down now. Thanks for the help though.
