These chargers are known to have electrical issues since all the wiring intertwined together like they were afraid to use a separate wire all while adding wires that have no use but to cause electrical problems. I have seen a sensor up on the engine that acted up and then the tail light come on for no reason and stay on run battery down. Turn headlights on and the dash lights go off, or turn the overhead interior light on and the gas gauge show the tank is full when it had a quarter of a tank. No it was not the battery it is they way Dodge wired it up.
