Running out of gas in a fuel injected car can ruin the fuel pump. You should NEVER run them under a 1/4 tank.

you should see if your fuel pump shut off switch is off.. it's located either under Driver side dash near the hood release. or under the passenger side dash.. or.. in some cases in the trunk on the Driver side pull the fabric back and it should have a little button try pushing it in.. if it pushes in then that should be the issue

There is a valve core underneath the hood on the fuel rail with the needle valves inside with somebody else inside the car to turn the key on hold down that needle valves as they turn the key to the on position do not start the engine Prime the system until fuel comes out the needle valves keep eyes out of the way as gas will spray from this valve if you get fuel pressure to the fuel rail your car should fire right up may have to repeat several times to get fuel pressure
