I have a 2009 KIA Spectra with an airbag light on. The vehicle has 56k miles. Is it covered? The car is less than 5 years old. Thanks!

Basically thats it, Is an under 5 year old Kia Spectra with 56000 miles be covered for an air bag light that is on and entailing repairs regarding such?

First you need to contact your local dealer and ask them what warranty your vehicle has. Second, if the light just turned on with no reason that's probably can be fixed just by resetting airbags sensors. If that light turned after an accident and you didn't put the bags correctly then you warranty not going to cover it. hopefully that helps ..

Yes I would get the car in sooner than later. An airbag sensor light on can mean airbag could deploy inadvertently or that it will not work in case of an accident.

check the room fuse when thats blown out the airbag light could go on
