Chokes on heavy throttle

Question type: General

My diesel truck under heavy throttle acts like it is
choking, I have an efi tune and a 5 inch exhaust.
Just recently started doing this.

Have you tried turning the tune back to stock to see if the issue goes away?

So I turned my tuner back to stock and seems like it stopped. Do you think it may be fuel related with many the injectors.
