I gave Truckmax $18,250.00 for a Ram 2500 Purchase Order 130092, on 12/29/16, and today is 1/13/17, 15 days and I try to contact them in numeral occation, no response, Mgr. John Paul and Controller Billy, need to know what's going on. CarGurus, Please Help.

their phones, I don't know what's going on with the Ram 2500 Vehicle

Heavy Duty, SLT, 4 Doors, Crew Cab, Hemi 5.7 CarGurus Please Help...

If I was worried about 18 grand I would be at the dealer in person demanding an answer or at the bank putting a stop payment on it. My next step would be to call the police. This is a car repair advice forum, not law enforcement.
