My truck running hot put a new water pump
on and a clutch fan and thermostat and still
running hot any advise willing to learn

You might not like this but after what you did last thing you can do is a new radiator and coolient and water. 50/50 make sure of that. Check your lines make sure all are clear. Also try some slick50 change your oil and filter. That should do it........

Overheating can be caused by several things. A broken water pump that you replaced, sticking thermostat that you replaced but might not have installed in the right direction, clogged radiator, collapsed hose, bad radiator cap, air in cooling system. Could be a defect in the cooling fan system that you missed causing the fan not to operate when needed. There could even be mechanical issues with the engine that cause this. Start by checking coolant flow. Is the top hose hot? if not it's the thermostat. If it is, with radiator cap off see if there is flow. If not, it's the radiator. If flow, purge air from the system (videos on line explain this simple procedure). This covers 90% of overheating problems.
