I am approved for 36 months can I get it for 60 months

The one I am interested in is at st augustine hyundai  one owner , I am
removing a 345 payment for a lesser payment , I need to be in the 140 range  
to make it worth it

On an 11 year old vehicle I doubt it! Personally I wouldn't finance anything that old. Look for something newer and finance it for 60 months (5 years). Hope that helps! Jim
