coil pak 1,3 & 5 not functioning after I changed them?

checked the coil paks after I changed 1,3 &5 still not functioning.. why is this?
is ciol pak 1,3 & 5by the firewall?

Did you check the coils fuses, wiring, connectors. One wire will be battery voltage when the key is on, the other will be a trigger signal from the computer.
