Was it a dealership or private owner? Legally they have 30 days to get it to you. When did you purchase it?

Private owner, and I purchased it about a week ago. I wasnt even thinking about the title till I already bought it. Thats my fault. Will I be able to get the tags for it without having the title? I heard of a bonded title or salvage title?

No, you must have the title. A bonded title is usually a last result, you can't do a salvage title. That is a type of branding, not a shortcut!! Contact the seller and see what's going on with it. Did you receive any paperwork for the purchase? vehicletitleadvisor@gmail.com
