My dashboard went out anyone know how i could fix this ?

Any recent repairs on this vehicle? Any warning lights on or flashing when the engine is running? When the Dash...goes out.....does the vehicle continue to run correctly?

So i should have noted that i recently had my spark plugs changed and once fixed this happened.

The car is running fine the multi function screen and gear switch lights are just completely out.

How did the vehicle run after the SP change? Any warning lights on or flashing?
