Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2008 Ford Expedition XLT that spark plugs were changed on in
April. It seemed to alright for awhile. I then drove it to Texas was there for 8
days. While I was there I had someone look at it that said two of my spark
plug ends or hooks at the bottom of the spark plug fell off and got into my
pistons and that I should have a compression test to find out exactly whats
wrong. On the way home it starts losing power sometimes and had rough
idling. I get home and it starts making this 'clacking' noise is the only way I
can describe it. I haven't driven it in a month. I had someone else come look
at it that says it sounds like its starving for oil which I know I needed an oil
change but it's still making that noise and i'm just lost at this point. Any
advise would be greatly appreciated.
