Are you replacing yours with a new or used one? It has to be programmed with the vehicles VIN, so you need the proper equipment to do so. Try a local garage.

If you are replacing the PCM sometimes the PCM seller can program it for your vehicle before installing it. I would ask your provider. Otherwise it will likely not start or run and will have to be programmed at a shop/dealer with the right equipment and software for your particular car.
