How can I turned on the headlight of the audi 2008 q7

The headlight dial is to the left of the steering wheel on the dash close to the vent. Settings are Off, Parking Lights, Auto and Headlights. If you pull the knob out one click it activates the Fog Lights. If you pull out two clicks it activates rear fog lights for heavy fog conditions.

I have a 2007 Audi q7 and once I turn the lights on auto only the fog lights and parking lights come on, so how do I get the park lights to come on as well??
