Battery crossed service esc

My brother put my battery on backwards. It still
turns on and drives but runs sluggish and seems
like drains my battery. Anyone ever have this
happen or know what it could be? TIA

A car can't run with a battery hooked up backwards. If it was hooked up backwards (pos to neg) then it likely melted a fusible link, or worse. If your car is starting and running, then the battery HAS to be in correctly. In that case you'll have to troubleshoot why it's running sluggishly, perhaps a tune-up is in order.
