Why cooling fan runs but engine won't start no crank?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car was running normally then switched off the
engine for a few hours, came back and while trying to
start again, cooling fan runs, no crank and engine
won't start.

All dashboard lights on after single click on start
button while pushing breaks (cooling fan runs), which
is really weird coz engine is not hot. Another press on
start button, everything goes off.

I recently changed radiator and spark plugs + 2
ignition coil.

Any idea what could be the reason and how i can fix
it?
