Can't turn right, steering wheel locks after straightened.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When turned on, the tires & steering wheel can turn all the
way to the left but won't turn right after straighting out.
Feels locked, unlike lack of steering fluid. Power steering
fluid is almost full & pump was replaced about a year ago.

Steering rack problem. Most likely will have to replace it.
