what can cause my 93 gt to seem like its not catching on takeoff ?

i had a blowout on my drivers back , i put the lil spare tire on it , but when i was
going to takeoff it seemed to not want to catch and go the transmission has
been completely redone when i changed the tire it had some play in it what
can be causing this?

When the tire blew out, you might have damaged the differential. Play would indicate this. Have the car towed to your mechanics for inspection.
