2005 Mercury Grand Marquis leather interior LS, the power seats work but the heat on the driver's seat only does not work the switch lights up but nothing happens

2005 Mercury Grand Marquis LS leather interior the power seats
work fine the heated seats do not work on the driver side only the
passenger side seems to work fine?   possible solutions to fix this
this problem.

Needs new heat element under fabic,fabric of seat has to be removed to repair/replace more than likely needs replaced
