Thmoing sound from dashboard

I have a 2001 Tahoe and there is a thumping sound
coming from the dashboard/air vents when I start
the engine. Also, I noticed coolant on the ground by
the front passenger side tire.

The noise from the dash is probably one of the heater door actuators that went bad. Can you relate the location of the coolant leak to the cooling system reservoir? If so it may be cracked.
