Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello! So in my 2007 Chevy cobalt, my fan for my
ac/ heat has not been working to its Max. Some

At max speed, blower motor works from full voltage (the resistor pack is bypassed). If it is running slow or intermittently, the problem is either with the blower motor itself or less than 12V is reaching it. If you have a voltmeter you can check at the harness connector what voltage you have, the blower motor is usually reached through the glove box opening or from under the dash.
