My coolant fan won't turn on in 2008 chevy cobalt

I put a brand new fan in my 2008 cobalt 2.4 and it
won't turn on ... I changed both relays ( labeled
cooling fan 1 and 2)that are in my fuse box under
their hood all of the fuses are good  I don't know
what else to check for or where to look....

Need to change the coolent temperature sensor mounted in engine block or cylinder head. Do not know where it is located on your vehicle but can check with your nearest parts store they should be able to help you.
