Ran my car with no oil for 10 mins started making
a knocking sound on the left side of the engine
how could I fix it

Are you sure it had a leak or did you just run the car without enough oil in it?

Well once u run that motor with out oil it's gonna knock because those 2.2l ecotecs are interference motors witch means has to have oil at all times. Plus those 2.2 motors have timing chain tension issues as well take a look into that also
