Car won't start or even try

07 chevy cobalt started running
bad then shut it off now it won't
do anything. All the lights work
but the dash says reduce engine
power then says engine disable.
Code reads p0651

Good advice Ed. And remember just because a sensor is not working doesn't mean its the sensor. It could be in the wiring leading up to it... among other things.

Have you done the basics? Scanned for trouble codes. Load test the battery. Make sure electrical connections and grounds are clean and tight. Check fuel pressure. Check over the fuse boxes to make sure there are no blown fuses.
