Car storage battery

Is it ok to remove the battery from my 1988 Fiero
GT for storage from November to April 1st? It will
be in storage unit. I'm planning to use the battery in
my winter car.

Thanks I was worried that I might have to learn the computer over. One time with my jeep, it had to be put up on nm lift and brought up to 60? Ed
