The problem I have a problem with my windshield wiper

When I turn on my headlights the windshield
wipers stopped moving also I have a
glowing turn signal in the dashboard what is
the cause

If your multifunction switch has control over all three systems, that's what I would check, first? I can't guarantee that replacing that switch will fix the issues? Check the switch and wiring connectors. Just my opinion.
