I was recently sold a flood vehicle from LA at Brandon Autoplex- HELP! They did not tell me this!

Was the title Salvage? How did you find out it was a flood car? If they defrauded you I would contact the state DMV and your Consumer affairs office and possibly your local law enforcement or district attorney.

I would get an attorney.

Is it legal to sell flood cars, In my State we were over run with Katrina (Hurricane) cars and the Gooberment put in place that they could only be parted out (all stayed Salvage) not for road use ever. Just wondering how did the Autoplex come by this flood car, and what rights do they have to sell it. I would contact a Lawyer to find out if you have justification for action.

I am pretty sure that selling a flood or salvage vehicle without disclosing that info is illegal in most if not all of the USA. It would be interesting to know why you suspect your vehicle to be a flood car.
