no response from seller .. will not answer my email ,,is this a scam ?

I live in the same town as the seller of a posted vehicle that has been on
your website now for 4 days.. I want to test drive this car before I cash it out..
On your posting it lists the name Gary in Northville Mi as a private
owner.listed for $4800 ... I sent an email as well as 3 different options to see
and test drive this car.. No response ! I posted my phone # as well as my
email add. No response!!  This is a terrible way to do business .. Or is it that I
may be doing something wrong on your web site.. I an only interested in
buying a car for my daughter,,  Please look into this matter for me..
